By End of 2012

Artee Group leads the foray of Spar International into the Nigerian Market. The first flagship SPAR Supermarket is located in a newly constructed shopping centre. The Artee group has acquired six further locations for SPAR supermarkets and plan to open at least 4 before the end of 2012. The group also plans to begin the conversion of Park n' Shop supermarkets to the SPAR brand. The Park ‘n' Shop brand, which was established in Nigeria in 1988 will be retained for Shopping Centres.
